OPL Advocates Spring Mixer 2025

On Sunday, April 6, 2025, we participated in the Oakland Public Library (OPL) Advocates 2025 Spring Mixer.

It was a great experience to:

Congratulate the Friends of the Oakland Public Library on their 75th Anniversary;
Hear from Jamie Turbak, Director of Library Services at OPL;
Receive some poetry from Ella Gordon, the 2024 Oakland Youth Poet Laureate; and
Connect with OPL staff, the Friends of the Oakland Public Library, and the Library Commission.
